When you become a customer, you are assigned to a dedicated customer service representative whose primary responsibility is to assure your satisfaction. Your CSR will get to know you — they'll understand your buying preferences and your likes and dislikes. They'll make sure that when you receive your order, it's exactly the way you want it to be.
