At Thayer Distribution, we are proud of the team we have built, and more importantly, kept. Many of our team members have over ten years of service with the company. What does that mean for you? When you become a customer, you are assigned to a dedicated customer service representative whose primary responsibility is to assure your satisfaction. Your CSR will get to know you — they'll understand your buying preferences and your likes and dislikes. They'll make sure that when you receive your order, it's exactly the way you want it to be. Buying from a supplier should make your life easier!
